Congratulations to this week’s Shell Fill-Up Friday winner, Lone Star Chapter member Todd Lewis, who won a $50 Shell gift card thanks to this picture of his M2!
“I purchased my 2019 M2 Competition in the Fall of last year in Plano, TX at Classic BMW,” said Todd.
Asked how he discovered the BMW CCA, he said, “I went to the Saturday morning Cars & Coffee with the car and met local BMW CCA members that were hosting a road rally. Then, I went to the Classic BMW Track Day at Motor Sports Ranch in Cresson and I have been doing Autocross and Track Days. Currently, I am leading the Novice class in points with the Lone Star chapter Autocross. I just moved to the DFW area, so joining the club is great for meeting new friends and to participate in events.”
Todd is looking forward to participating in many more events with his M2, fueled by Shell, of course. “October 21 is my next track day at MSR Cresson and I will be filling up with Shell. I have just over 5,000 miles and the car is a blast to drive. It’s a six-speed manual—save the manuals!”
