The basic registration fee for the 50th Annual BMW CCA Oktoberfest presented by Michelin will increase from $30 to $40 on July 1. Register by Sunday, June 30, and you can save $10.

This is the most anticipated event in the history of the club and will end up being the largest gathering of members ever held. If you haven’t already, you’ll want to make your plans to attend the event now, which will be held October 15-19, in Greenville, SC.

The original host hotel, the Hyatt Regency in downtown Greenville, has completely sold out. However, we have secured rooms at three additional downtown properties that are located in close proximity to the Hyatt. You can see a listing of available lodging options here. Note: You must register for O’Fest before you can reserve a room at one of the host hotels at the special BMW CCA rate. You will receive a unique reservation link in your confirmation email after completing registration.

After initially selling out all of the dinners, we’ve been able to work with our host venues to add additional capacity. Right now, a limited number of tickets remain for each meal, but you’ll want to secure those quickly. You can see an overview of the planned receptions and dinners here.

When it comes to driving events, we are excited to announce that the Tire Rack Autocross will take place at Michelin’s very own test facility, the Laurens Proving Grounds. This is a very rare opportunity to see behind-the-scenes at Michelin and drive on the same asphalt where they develop and test new tires. Space remains available at this point for additional entries in the autocross as well as for the Shell TSD Rally and Fall Leaves driving tour. In addition, a very small number of slots remain open for the ladies’ driving program at the Performance Center. However, all three half-day sessions at the BMW Performance Center have sold out.

We are also looking forward to offering tours of BMW Plant Spartanburg— thanks to our friends at the factory—and a fun Michelin Driving Experience event hosted by our presenting sponsor. Further details regarding these specific events, along with the registration links, will be released at a later date. Please look for updates in the coming months.

Attendees will also be able to tour the BMW CCA Foundation’s newest exhibit during O’Fest, which pays tribute to the club’s 50th anniversary. Tickets are available through registration for $5 each.
