Congratulations to this week’s Garage Goals winner, Allan Sargony, a member of both the Everglades and M Chapters! Sargony has won $25 gift cards from Shop BMW CCA and Griot’s Garage thanks to this picture of his M2 Competition and his wife’s 2019 BMW X3!
“I have been spending a lot more time at home the past few months, which in turn means spending a lot more time in the garage. I’ve been getting it set up the way I want and getting stuff done to the cars,” says Sargony. “I took advantage of the time available and got all the cars properly detailed, and even got the M2 Competition ceramic-coated. I have to say that using Griot’s Garage products makes detailing so much easier! Also, I was able to add some cosmetics to the M2 Competition, including a carbon-fiber trunk lip, front lip, and rear diffuser. Aside from that, I’ve been able to attend a couple track events at Homestead and Palm Beach International Raceway, as well as attend some events similar to Cars & Coffee, and a few car rallies cruising around South Florida.”
When asked how he discovered the BMW CCA, Sargony said, “I originally was told about BMW CCA at Braman BMW of West Palm Beach when I ordered my BMW M2 Competition. I was told about the benefits and perks of joining the BMW CCA, and it definitely was a no-brainer for me. What got me even more intrigued was that I did the European Delivery for my car—and my advocate there even brought up that I should join BMW CCA, so it was clearly a must-do.”
Tell us more about your BMWs!
“The M2 Competition has a very good story behind it. I used to own an E46 M3 and had to sell it when I moved across the country (fingers crossed I’m hoping to buy it back), and I have been itching ever since to have an M car again. During my research for what I wanted, I came across some leaks about the M2 Competition, and knew that it was the car for me. BMW went back to what I believe to be one of their greatest cars, the E46 M3, and brought it back to life with the M2 Competition— building a driver’s car. When I ordered it, I knew that I needed to do European Delivery with this car, and what made it even more special is that the week that was selected to pick up my car was decided by my wife and that week also happened to be our one-year wedding anniversary. To have this experience during that time and celebrate our anniversary picking up this car and putting the first 600 miles on it driving to Prague was something I will never forget.
“The X3 that’s also in the garage belongs to my wife. She wanted to try out the luxury-SUV market, and after hearing my family and me talking about BMWs and being in the M2 Competition, she was convinced that she wanted an X series, and ultimately chose to lease the 2019 BMW X3. Of course, she fell in love with the car, and now that the lease is coming up soon, she’s getting intrigued by the X3 M or the X5 M. Needless to say, I’m a very proud husband for her choices!”
