The Tire Rack Street Survival program simply would not exist without the organizations that host the more than 100 schools conducted each year, and the hundreds of volunteer organizers, registrars, in-car coaches, classroom instructors, and other volunteers who make every one of those schools happen. For the past four years, Tire Rack Street Survival has honored selected organizations and volunteers with the Circle of Excellence awards.

The awards are funded by an anonymous donor. The selectees receive awards ranging from special jackets to a garage makeover, in addition to being formally recognized in the BMW CCA Foundation headquarters.
