Attendees will be offered exclusive promotions on the day of the event. Please bring your own blankets and chairs to enjoy the show. All makes and models are welcome. Space is limited.
Cars and Cookout Itinerary
- Date: September 25
- Setup time: 12p.m. to 2 p.m.
- Car show: 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., judging from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Awards ceremony: 7 p.m.

Car Show Details
Registration is first come, first served. The first 100 people to register their vehicles for the judged portion of the car show will be entered. No walk-ins are allowed. Everyone in your vehicle needs to pre-register in order to receive a wristband.Limited entry. You must pre-register every person attending in your party.
- You must be present to win.
- Judged car show participants cannot leave prior to 7:30PM, or you will be disqualified.
- The judged vehicle arrival time is between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.
- All other general car show participants may arrive between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
- The show begins at 2 p.m.
- Judging takes place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- There will be an awards ceremony at 7 p.m. from the stage.
- Registration for the judged car show closes at midnight on September 19, 2021.
