On Friday, December 1st, hundreds of BMW CCA and Classic CCA members tuned in for an exclusive livestream with BMW Group Classic. BMW Group’s Head of BMW and MINI Club & Community Management Benjamin Voss and Werkstudent Club & Community Management Benedikt Allar took their Saturday evening (during a snowstorm no less) to give our club members a tour of BMW Group Classic, including both their Workshop and Collection Hall.

The comments section was a flurry of comments form club members, which both Voss and Allar took turns answering on the fly. There were many noteworthy vehicles, with favorites being the BMW X5 le Mans, the sixteen-cylinder “Goldfisch” 7 Series, the first Hydrogen-powered vehicle BMW ever developed, the “Wheeler Dealers” E30 M3, plenty of race cars, a one-of-ten E36 M3 GTR, and more. Let’s just say the action didn’t stop—whew!
The event concluded with some trivia for prizes, which led to four lucky (and knowledgeable) members leaving the event with BMW Group Classic calendars and books. We can’t thank Voss and Allar enough for their (virtual) hospitality.
