Anticipation is building for the first-ever MX1 Enthusiast Weekend, presented by Michelin, at the BMW CCA Headquarters in Greer, South Carolina, on April 9–11! In fact, Griot’s Garage has just announced that the Saturday morning, April 10 cars and coffee has been designated an official Caffeine & Gasoline event!

Caffeine & Gasoline is a Griot’s Garage tradition that started at their flagship store in Tacoma, Washington, and will now have an east coast date with MX1! Right now, less than 100 spaces remain available for member parking at Caffeine & Gasoline at the BMW CCA headquarters, so register quickly if you want to be there on Saturday morning, April 10!

Griot’s Garage will be providing complimentary coffee and donuts for participants while supplies last and also showing off the latest in car care technology. Experts from Griot’s will be onsite to answer all of your exterior and interior detailing questions, demo new products, hand out free samples, and they will also offer a pop-up shop with some of the most-sought-after products. If you’ve never had the chance to visit the Griot’s Garage flagship store in Tacoma, then this is a great opportunity to learn more about the official car care products of the BMW CCA from the experts themselves.

Caffeine & Gasoline will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the campus of the BMW CCA National Headquarters located at 2350 Highway 101 South, Greer, South Carolina 29651. Members are invited to register to display their BMWs on the headquarters lawn and participate in the weekend’s festivities, which includes BMW CCA Foundation museum tours, BMW Performance Center driving activities, and more.

The event will celebrate everything BMW with a special highlight on M models and X vehicles with the 1 representing 1 community, 1 enthusiast club, and 1 weekend. MX1 will bring the entire BMW community together for a new tradition and provide something we can all look forward to! In addition, the M Chapter is organizing caravans from all over the country for those looking to make the journey to MX1 with fellow enthusiasts.

The basic registration fee for the event is only $25 per member and includes an event t-shirt and parking at Caffeine & Gasoline. The exclusive after-hours driving event at the BMW Performance Center is only $99 per member (currently waitlist only) and the BMW CCA Foundation Museum event is $12 per adult and $6 for ages 6–17.

Spectator parking will be available for the Saturday morning Caffeine & Gasoline event across the street from the BMW CCA Headquarters. Spectator admission is free.
