Here at BMW CCA, we know that the car sales and service experience is an integral part of the car ownership experience. Last month, BMW North American announced the winners of its best dealership awards. Based on metrics that go beyond sales to include service, parts, operations, and, of course, the customer experience, the award recognizes top performance across all important facets of the business. Of the 348 BMW dealerships in North America today, 35 were recognized as, “Centers of Excellence.”
