Congratulations to this week’s Shell Fill-Up Friday winner, San Diego Chapter member Cece Schellstede (IG @bonnefied), who won a $50 Shell fuel card thanks to this picture of her 1973 BMW 2002 filling up at Shell.
“Shell helps me get to where I’m going—convenient locations, nice, clean stores and friendly employees,” says Cece. “This is a photo of Frau Blau, my 1973 BMW 2002. I am her third caretaker and picked her up in 2015 from a fellow who was moving up to Northern California to go dig for gold, but I believe I found the gold!”
She adds, “When I bought her, she did not look like this, but she had a strong engine and just needed a little love to make her outside match her inside. I’m pleased with the progress and have the most fun driving her.”
