We’ve all seen BMWs modified with new body parts and elements to look fresh, look sporty, or look aggressive. But it’s far more rare to see a transformation as extreme as the one recently revealed by Autokrafte, a custom body shop in Ahmedabad, India.
The shop took an F01 BMW 7 Series, built from 2008 to 2015, and swapped almost all of the front and rear body parts with replicas of the new G70 7 Series currently on the market. At first glance, and probably even at second glance, the facelift is very convincing. With closer scrutiny, an observant BMW 7 Series enthusiast will notice that the doors, handles, and other main cabin elements remain unchanged. And likely the interior and other systems remain intact. But on the street? You’ll definitely think it’s a new 7.
