Bill Auberlen and Dillon Machavern piloted the #95 Turner M4 GT4 to a third-place finish in the two-hour Michelin Pilot Challenge race run on the day before the 12 Hours of Sebring.

It appeared that the car was headed for a second-place finish, but Robin Liddell in the #71 Rebel Rock Racing Chevrolet Camaro GT4.R that he shared with Frank DePew had other ideas. Everyone expected Liddell to pit for fuel in the final minutes of the race; Greg Liefooghe, who had been running second just behind him in the #43 Stephen Cameron Racing M4 GT4, pitted with just six minutes left. But somehow Liddell, who was overdue for a fuel stop, was able to stay out and win the race, finishing ahead of Jan Heylen in the #16 Wright Motorsport Porsche Cayman that he shared with Max Root and Auberlen in the #95 BMW.

Liefooghe returned from his fuel stop to finish fifth, and Robby Foley in the ZEBRing liveried #96 Turner M4 GT4 that he shared with Vin Barletta finished seventh.
