Congratulations to our first-ever BMW CCA Garage Goals winner, Boston Chapter member Shaun DaCunha! Shaun has won a $25 Shop BMW CCA gift card and a $25 Griot’s Garage Gift Card thanks to this picture of his E46 M3 getting ready for some performance upgrades!
“With all the COVID-19 craziness going on, I have been finding myself at home much more than usual,” said Shaun. “And as a result, I’ve been able to spend some of that time in the garage working on some projects. I recently finished installing the Swisstrax flooring that can be seen in my photo. I’ve also installed BC Racing coilovers on my M3 to finally get rid of the unsightly wheel gap! And just last night, I installed LED angel eyes from the Angel Eye Guy on my car, as well.”
Asked how he discovered the BMW CCA, he said, “A coworker of mine, and fellow BMW enthusiast had suggested I look into joining. Initially, I had heard really good things about Roundel, so I mainly joined for the magazine. And even though I have yet to truly take advantage of all the perks that the club offers, I do strive to attend as many cars & coffees as possible (including organizing one this past summer for my local chapter), as well as the Rhode Island Show ‘n’ Shine each year. I am hoping to attend some HPDE schools in the near future, and perhaps even some Autocross events.”
