Registration will open on Wednesday, May 8, at 11 a.m. EDT for perhaps the most anticipated event in the history of the club—the 50th Annual BMW CCA Oktoberfest presented by Michelin. Members will make the journey back “home” to the Greenville/Spartanburg area for an epic anniversary celebration at the world-center of all things BMW from October 15-19, 2019.

We will have exciting social, driving, and exclusive anniversary events taking place at the BMW Performance Center, BMW Plant Spartanburg—where the X3 through the X7 are currently assembled—the Hyatt Regency in downtown Greenville, and at the new BMW CCA national campus in Greer.

Some of the key events attendees can look forward to include a car show and concours on Main Street in downtown Greenville, right outside of the host hotel. There’s a fantastic half-day driving program planned for the BMW Performance Center that includes lunch for only $99, and a very special celebration on Friday afternoon, when the BMW Performance Driving School presents the Ultimate Driving and Riding Machines in Motion!

The week’s events will culminate in the BMW CCA headquarters grand opening, sponsored by Hagerty, with a barbecue lunch on Saturday followed by a picturesque dinner that evening overlooking the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains!

Of course, all of the O’Fest favorites will return for the anniversary year, like charity hot lap rides in BMW USA Classic’s fleet of race cars, the Tire Rack Autocross, tech talks from sponsors such as Michelin, Shell, Griot’s Garage, and XPEL, as well as driving rallies, and of course, the beloved beer garden, this year, sponsored by Dinan. You can learn more about everything we have planned here on the official O’Fest website.

A preview of the event schedule and fees are available at the preceding links. Make sure to bookmark the official registration page for quick access once registration opens on Wednesday, May 8, at 11 am EDT!—Chris Hennecy
