As part of our ongoing commitment to provide our members with the best services and benefits, the BMW CCA website will undergo an upgrade later this month. Here is a list of the services and features where you can expect changes.
Store
The BMW CCA Store will undergo an overhaul with a new front page, new layouts for our category and individual product pages, and a new checkout process. This will make the store easier to browse, make items easier to find, and make the checkout process quicker and more efficient.
The Store shopping cart will also be upgraded with an icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen with a visible item count. The checkout page will also be easier to read, allowing you to add promotional codes and warning you if an item is out of stock.
Online Vehicle Rebates
We are most excited to announce a completely online process for submitting a Membership Reward Rebate application! This is something we have been working hard to bring to our members.
Once you submit your vehicle and purchase information to us, our staff will review your application, and you will be notified via e-mail of any updates to your application’s status. If you want to update an existing application or view your past rebate applications, that, too, can be done online.
Saved Accounts
You will be able to add and remove payment options to your account for use in the store, renewing your membership, or to select automatic renewal.
Garage
The garage will be unavailable after the upgrade is complete, but it will be added back near the beginning of next year. If you already have vehicles saved in your garage, they will automatically be transferred to the new garage for you!
