Colin Turkington in the Team BMW/West Surrey Racing 330i M Sport regained the lead in British Touring Car Championship drivers’ points with a pair of wins and a third-place finish at the series’ penultimate event for 2020 at Snetterton.
Turkington won races one and two, leading from flag to flag both times, and was headed for fifth in race three until a collision between the two racers running ahead of him enabled him to get to the podium. The win in race three went to Ollie Jackson in a Ford Focus.
Turkington’s teammate Tom Oliphant finished out of the points in all three races at Snetterton.
