We have been working behind the scenes preparing for this year’s national events—including the BMW CCA Monterey Weekend and the 50th Annual BMW CCA Oktoberfest, both presented by Michelin! We will soon be releasing the official schedules and fees, and then announcing the dates on which registration will open. Those dates will be broadcast well in advance via the website, social media, e-mails, and of course BimmerLife.

Members can expect Monterey Weekend registration for Legends Of The Autobahn and the BMW CCA Festorics to open first, followed by O’Fest registration a week or two later. The registration process will be the same as previous years—with just a few tweaks to make it even easier! In preparation for registration, make sure to have your BMW CCA website login credentials handy, and double-check to make sure that your membership is current.

The dates for this year’s BMW CCA Monterey Weekend will be August 16–18, with Legends taking place on Friday, August 16, and the BMW CCA Festorics set for Saturday and Sunday, August 17—18.

If you’ve never been to Monterey, it’s an absolute must for any BMW enthusiast! Legends Of The Autobahn is North America’s premier all-German concours d’elegance and display show held on the fairways of the beautiful Nicklaus Club at Pasadera. Members have the chance to enter their cars in a concours judged class, park in the display area, or just soak in the elegant ambience as a spectator.

Legends will be followed by the BMW CCA Festorics Turn Five Corral during the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion. At our exclusive parking corral, you’ll be greeted with amazing trackside views and hospitality while watching the world-famous vintage races at Laguna Seca. Members will have the opportunity to purchase parking passes, race tickets, hospitality, and meals when registration opens.

Perhaps the most anticipated event in the history of the club—the 50th Annual BMW CCA Oktoberfest presented by Michelin—will take place October 15—19 in Greenville, South Carolina. We will be celebrating 50 years of both the club and Oktoberfest as members make the journey back “home” to the Greenville/Spartanburg area—which really is home to so many Z3s and E85 Z4s! We will have exciting social, driving, and exclusive anniversary events taking place at the BMW Performance Center, BMW Plant Spartanburg—where the X3 through the X7 are currently assembled—the Hyatt Regency in downtown Greenville, and at the new BMW CCA national campus in Greer.

Some of the key events attendees can look forward to include a car show on Main Street in downtown Greenville, right outside of the host hotel. There’s a fantastic driving program at the BMW Performance Center that includes lunch, and a very special celebration on Friday afternoon, when the BMW Performance Driving School presents the Ultimate Driving and Riding Machines in Motion! The week’s events will culminate in the BMW CCA headquarters grand opening, sponsored by Hagerty, with a barbecue lunch on Saturday followed by a picturesque dinner that evening overlooking the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains!

Stay tuned to BMW CCA’s communication channels as we release more information in the coming weeks. We hope to see you at an event soon!—Chris Hennecy
